I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lakeside Inn in Wakefield, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the warm, welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The property itself is absolutely stunning, nestled on the beautiful shores of Lake Quannapowitt, offering picturesque views that truly take your breath away. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed with amenities, making it a perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. The attention to detail was evident, from the cozy bedding to the thoughtfully placed decor, creating an inviting atmosphere throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our visit was the hotel's restaurant, which offered a delicious array of dishes. We particularly enjoyed the local seafood, which was fresh and flavorful. Whether enjoying a meal by the lake or sipping a drink on the outdoor patio, the setting was just perfect. What really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering local recommendations and providing a level of hospitality that is hard to come by these days. I checked into hotel and when i got into my room I noticed it had adjoining doorway into next room. I went to front desk immediately and asked to change rooms ( downgrade ) if i had to. I didnt want a room with adjoining doorway !!!! The front desk employee ASHURED me noone was in room or would be for night. 1 hour later someone was put in that exact room. !!!! I ended up leaving immediately and didnt spend the night.
