This place is a homeless shelter - or at least that’s the conditions in which this place is in. You can’t even call it a hotel. I left shortly after check in & the manager does not even answer to provide a refund. Don’t ever stay here

I had already completed the online check-in, yet I was still forced to wait an unreasonably long time at the front desk. A young couple in front of me had issues using their credit card, and I ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes. There were several other guests in line as well, but having driven over 12 hours, the delay felt especially frustrating. The building is extremely old, and the carpet and couches had noticeable stains. I honestly did not want to leave a review like this, but Expedia kept sending multiple emails asking me to comment, so I felt I had no choice but to write this. The only positive aspects were the included breakfast and the fact that there were supermarkets and drugstores conveniently located nearby.
