Staff were so friendly and helpful! Our king room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the area was very clean. Staff were so attentive to ensuring food was plentiful and all areas were clean.

Beach was AMAZING and was the only great thing. Room was spacious but was a suite. Overpaid for what we got. Buildings are run down a lot and play ground could use some upgrades too. Breakfast was not great. Food not very good. All you can eat buffet but not enough and only one staff cleaning tables and making the food. Not worth the money.

An almost perfect stay….

We stopped last minute to stay at this hotel on our long travel back home. Hotel was beautiful, clean and most staff were amazing. Everyone enjoyed the pool and had a good sleep. But something did happen that left a bad taste in my mouth (so to speak). We slept in before going down for breakfast close to the end. So, very few people were there. A woman greeted us & let us know it would soon be over. So we got what we could and were just waiting for more syrup when a woman came from the back (kitchen?) looked my autistic son in his face and told him to “GET OUT!” in a very rude tone. He was curious and asked why? Thats when she got even more angry and she raised her voice saying it was because he wasn’t wearing shoes. This is a perfectly reasonable time to say something to him, but why so angry? Why yell at an autistic person? All because of shoes? That’s wildly inappropriate when she could have just said “sorry, you need shoes in here” and he’d have put them on and come back. He was extremely bothered by this and is still talking about it 10 days later. I think whoever this is needs an education in how to speak to people in general but also how to people with disabilities. There’s absolutely no reason why this request couldn’t have been done calmly and quietly. Super disappointing.
