Staff very polite and welcoming. Clean through out. Breakfast lovely. Close to Bournemouth town seafront and bus route. Parking. Would recommend to family and friends. Stayed last year just before Christmas. Will be back next year.

We had a great stay evening dinner was delicious the room was very clean and inviting very good night sleep and then a very good breakfast will be staying again in a couple of weeks

We stayed 4 to 6 th December 25 for my hubbys birthday. Got upgrades to a lovely sea view room that was amazing and had a free standing bath in the bedroom. Bar was a nice atmosphere and nice drinks and breakfast was delicious. The weather was glorious on the 4 th so had a swim in the outdoor pool which was heated and then went to sauna and indoor pool . The only thing that was annoying was our room door banged when someone opened the doors to the corridor that we were in which was quite a lot so I never got a lot of sleep . And the parking was really expensive £27 a night , I thought if you stayed at the hotel it would be free . Does not put me off though as our stay was wonderful and I’m looking forward to staying again as we visit Bournemouth a lot .
