Noise from Cleaner’s at various times of the day… Tried to rest after noise kept me awake in the early hours from next door room. Then cleaners were going in & out , slamming doors!! This went on for hours!! This spoiled my much needed break away. I did complain & got moved. But it did’nt makeup for loosing 2 day’s of my holiday. I’ve been staying in hotels in Bournemouth for 25 years. For the price they charged. They should put their guest’s comfort as a priority!!

Hotel was really nice Staff could have been friendlier. Arrival 11:25 could enter door as I was informed the doors are locked between 11pm -11am I attempted to enter at 11:25 only to ask about parking as I knew checkin wasn’t til 3. Brought some drink from snack bar they were having a private chat. They stop I just got looked at no how can I help? I purchased the drinks while faces were being pull about me. Bar staff last night again chatting to a friend had to ask for tray spoon sugar I deal with people for a living just acknowledge people please we all need each other.

Booked a twin room with my daughter beds where ample, comfortable & Beautifully clean, friendly approachable staff. Breakfast had a wide choice very tasty ! Would highly recommend this hotel thank you for a wonderful comfortable stay

The hotel was tidy and well presented. The room however lacked an opening window to ventilate and instead had Air Conditioning which was a bit hit and miss. The air in the room was often dry and it was hard to regulate a comfortable temperature, especially at night. For both nights I would wake in the middle of the night because the air was too dry and hot. Setting the AC to low 20 degrees would then become too cold and changing it up would be too hot. Additionally, the AC unit had a smell of an ashtray or as if someone had previously smoked in the room. Uncomfortable sleep overall. Aside from this, the hotel was nice, staff friendly and a diverse breakfast buffet was included.

Don’t book the Hampton

Will not be returning booked a sea view have to stand next to the edge to see the sea, (see photo) booking in was slow sink had cracks. the room smelled of curry. Hook was broken Really poor experience
