Parking is located offsite and a shuttle provides transportation from the parking lot to the property. In order to reach the offsite parking lot please follow the below instructions. Take the Trans Canada Highway heading west towards Field and Golden, BC. The turnoff to Emerald Lake Lodge is located 1 kilometer west of Field, BC. Follow the road for 8 kilometers until a sign that says 'Overnight Guest Parking.' Turn left into the parking lot. In the parking lot is a cabin. Use the telephone in the cabin to call the front desk. A shuttle will be sent to pick up guests.

Lake Hideaway

Our room had the perfect view of the lake. Quiet, beautiful settings. The rooms could use some make-over, but clean bathroom and comfortable bed. The grounds are beautiful. During the day there were more people here than I was expecting. Great hike around the lake. Nice place to just sit back and relax.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location right on the water edge. It was a little noisy with park w Visitors at the lake but it got less noisy in late afternoon. Staff we really welcoming, friendly and helpful. We are at the restaurant and it was amazing, worth the extra money for the location and good food.

Not the Relaxing Get Away Hoped For

Emerald Lake is so beautiful and the lodge itself is beautiful. The difficulty is everything and everyone needs to be shuttled; you need to park your car a few minutes from the property and call for a shuttle ( 15 to 30 minutes) and then wait for your room. Most are not ready until 4 pm. Then you need to arrange another shuttle to get luggage to your room (more waiting) as many rooms are up hill. When you leave you myst dobit all over again. They don't take shuttle reservations and you need to call and wait for up to 10 minutes for someonevto answer the food. It is just too much...not the relaxing romantic room and dream envisioned. The food was very good in the dining room and the bar quite well stocked. It is a fabulous lake but needs a more funtional efficient way to get people around. TOO much waiting .

The lake views from our balcony window were the best we’ve ever had! Gorgeous little room with a fire place. And their restaurant for dinner was unbelievable.
