For a 6 person condo they only have 1 parking pass And in order to get the parking pass you need to check into your room and they did not accommodate another parking pass so they ask you pay in the parkade The entire place is poorly marked and is a giant maze and there is no front desk to help you. And they did not reply to my messages but will call you asking for a credit card even though the self check in online didn’t let me add one The pillows are super thick and uncomfortable and the mattress is stiff and hard to sleep on. The room was 1000 degrees and said temperature was adjusted but nothing changed. Not worth the price

The fireplace was loud and making noise that we couldn’t use it. There was no hot water in the mornings. There is no blackout blinds in the bedroom. The pool area is in a separate building and had to go outside or into the parkade for access. Loved Canmore but won’t stay here again.

Checking in was stressful as there is no on-site front desk everything is online, with a toddler crying and driving down from out of town with crappy weather my checking was stressful. The suite was really spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. This was our second time staying here, will definitely come back.

Beds were too soft for my comfort. The two bedroom suite was lovely, but rather over priced for off season. If you're wanting something close to the town, be prepared to walk 20 minutes to reach the centre. I had no opportunity to use the pool or other services, so have no comment. The room itself was very clean and the view of the mountains was nice.

We had several issues. I booked 2 rooms together but they ended up placing our two rooms in separate buildings. When we asked to put us in same building, one of our rooms was smaller, smelled like smoke and one bathtub broken. We were told no other choice if in same room. The room that was as we expected, (C213), several appliances were broken. The oven made a noice and under heated but wouldn’t cool down when shut off. The blender was broken and there was mouldy food in our cupboard. We had no choice so dealt with all of it, but were disappointed that the hotel staff would not find us two rooms together at a satisfactory level. I was given discount on the insufficient room so appreciated that.
