Staff was friendly, good selection for breakfast. Our booking in the hotel database was not the same as Expedia reservation. We didn't get the kitchenette we reserved. I will have to check billing to see if i was overcharged.

Staff at front desk was great. Halls dirty and smelly. Room clean but strong smell of marijuana. Shower hardly had enough pressure to rinse shampoo from hair. Door didn't lock properly. Had to walk past smokers every time we left the hotel.

we reserved early and got room 101 with adjorning room which they were very loud . the hallway door get being opening and shutting with a big bangs.... Also we could hear the staff talking very loud not whispering.we went on expedia booking that was a mistake. cause we got the worst room.

There must be NO insulation at all between the ceiling and floors of the rooms above. We heard people walking ALL NIGHT LONG. Seriously, at 1, 2, even 4sm. TERRIBLE floor insulation. Do NOT STAY HERE if you actually want to sleep!!

Great town, very good stay

Great clean place, super modern. Staff was super courteous. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Great bed. A/C was a bit loud. Good lighting in the room. Quiet at night and (not sure if good or bad) but 24 h security. Nice area all around to walk your dog. Brandon city center is 10 minutes by car, worth to visit this pretty place, lots of good places to eat/drink.

Two night stay.

We had no hot water in our sink but the man at the reception desk came to our room and found the hot tap under the sink was turned off. There were scraps of paper on the floor of the elevator for hours before someone cleaned it up. The floors in our room were pealing and dated.
