Staff are excellent, food at the 34th Street Bar and Grill was great. Our room was very clean and housekeeping services were very nice. Rooms have been renovated with laminate flooring, winter time, they were very cold on the feet and stayed wet when you bring in snow on your shoes. Heating system seems old, and didn’t keep up well.

Room was left open after cleaners were done. Visited for a conference and the conference room was not cleaned before the second and third day. Tables were not cleared throughout the day (water glasses, snack plates etc).

This was a good stay. Pool area is super cute. I didn’t use it but my daughter did. Lots of parking. Hotel shows its wear and could use some updates like carpets etc. Staff was friendly and the one time I ate in the restaurant it was good.
