Out of towels. Understaffed Friendly staff There was a big pageant event going on we weren’t aware of. If I had been, I would have chosen another place. Hotels.com should make peoples aware when there are large events taking place- especially when it is for a hotel full of preteen/teen girls EVERYWHERE.

The indoor swimming pool being located in it's own building was very nice. The only issue was that parking was a challenge do to a truck show being held on their property that week. The folks holding the event were very nice in letting us in and out of the area during their event.

Very good budget stay!

There were two other events happening during our stay that we weren't aware of, so the parking was terrible and breakfast was a little crowded, however, despite this unforeseeable circumstance, the hotel room was very clean and nice. The bathroom was amazing. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I've had at a hotel and sometime. For the price, this was an amazing experience and we will most likely be staying again on our next trip to Branson.

Everything was great, I really should give 5 stars for everything cause your people looked like they were busting their humps! We just had a long day in the heat and the family was crabby and ready to relax immediately, which made me crabby. I’m sorry you guys were short staffed that day? From what I saw they did the best they could, but we had to wait a couple hours to check in! So we were the crabby inpatient ones, you guys did great!

Extremely pleased

We actually ended up extending our stay and extra day. Everything was very clean, towels provided at the pool and spa area. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean and nice! Breakfast was a plus... waffle maker x 2! Big hit with the grandkids!
