Yes clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast, close to outlet and all attractions. Only thing was hot water didn’t last to long when in the shower, maybe other residents were using at the same time or boiler couldn’t keep up with demand, but overall would definitely stay again.

The lobby and main floor looked nice but it was like a different hotel on the fourth floor. There was mold on the ceiling and our room smelled musky and moldy. The bed was not comfortable and the water was cold when we took showers. The staff did come in through out the day to clean, but the mold smell over powered everything.

The room had black mold in the bathroom and there was no hot/warm water the entire stay. The star, general manager, stated that they were aware two weeks ago and won’t get a plumber out till Monday. Asked for a new room the lied to us that the hotel was full, when indeed it was not as you could park anywhere. On Saturday, it was Full, no parking. We have stayed here five times and recommend our family to stay (which they do). However, we will not be staying ever again when we come to town. Dismissed the fact that my family couldn’t shower for four days due to not wanting to pay extra for a plumber on the weekend is ridiculous with a full hotel. I called around to plumbers in Branson, and they said they could come but there was a surcharge. This stay should be refunded as necessary amenities were not taken as priority.
