Put on basement level which had a lot of dogs, loud people, and across from the laundry room. Doors were old and hard to shut and no walk-in shower. Room temperature at night was hard to keep cool. Second floor looked much more updated. Breakfast was very good and was kept stocked on all levels.

The older gentleman at the front desk is somewhat rude and did complaining about having to help visitors in room 504 and having to do thing that is required of him in front of customers. Enjoyed the place but until different people can run the front desk i will not be coming back.

Great nice hotel and staff! We stayed 3 nights! The breakfast area is little chaos in the morning and not enough seatings! Teatime is a nice add offered by hotel!! Clean and comfortable! Sink separated (and right in front of front door) from rest of tight bathroom is not a good setup! Will return for our next Branson trip!

The property is an easier accessible in any direction, its quiet, clean, comfortable and there's a balcony to sit outside the room. It was extremely hot during our stay so outside sitting was very short. The room was comfortable and plenty of room with all the amenities needed. The pool was clean and looked refreshing (we didn't use it). We will probable stay here again.

There is a front and back entrance. I do no not like parking because of the hilly parking areas. My bad knees did not do well getting to my car and getting in and out the car. There could be more handicap parking in the front and back. We did have breakfast at the hotel. We enjoyed our room on the fifth floor with a balcony. We also had a jacuzzi in the room which was nice. The decor is victorian style and it was well maintained and clean. There is an outside and inside pool. There is a game room which we enjoyed. Overall, very nice place to stay. All the staff was professional and friendly.

The hotel its self was good. It was clean and easy to check in to. However, the staff was rude. We had a check out time of 11:00 and around 10:25 housekeepers knocked on the door. We declined service and they still unlocked our door to come into our room. Which we were annoyed about because we had JUST finished changing. The lady that came in said she just needed to check if we needed anything and when we said we were good she still stood there looking around. We then had to ask her to leave again. When we did leave to check out around 10:40 she came and asked if we were leaving and could actually go in the room this time. When we went to the front desk to say something the guy just took the room key and waved us on

The location was good for attending shows, restaurants, etc but the property needs a refresh. The sink in our bathroom was literally falling out of the base when we arrived(we were moved to a new room) and the service was spotty at the breakfast buffet. We had to ask for coffee refills every day of our stay among other things. We found the layout of the buffet to be confusing as well -- not a good flow. Relatively good food selection though. We feel that lack of staff contributed to a few of these issues.

The photos of the property make it seem much more separate and set back from the road. It’s actually right on a main road. Walking around the area is impossible as the road has no crosswalks or lights. You need to Uber/Lyft or have transportation. It’s a bit worn as a property but it’s clean and comfortable. The staff are excellent and the breakfast is great as well as the afternoon tea with cookies.

At check in I was a bit confused cuz the lady said no house keeping for our room. Then the 2nd lady I spoke to said I had to call front desk before 10:30 if we wanted our bed made up. Then surprise on 3rd day our bed was made. I guess this is a small matter when comparing to the rest of the friendly staff, the breakfast and the elegant/clean hotel. We enjoyed the friendliness of Bob in the dining room who suggested some great attractions. He's seems to be a regular fixture at the hotel.
