Check in staff were friendly . Lobby beautiful for christmas. Room was clean But bathroom is tiny sink is outside in your room . Bed very comfortable. Area is very quiet. There gor 4 days no one came to clean . That not good to me .

Front desk was wonderful at check in! Breakfast was very good, sometimes ran out of utensils but it was busy. The housekeeping was non-existent! I understand if they don’t want to give fresh towels daily unless asked but they did nothing!! No garbage emptying, no cleaning of any kind. It got a bit gross after 5 days, 4 nights.
