The staff and room were great. The staff put a gift in the room for our anniversary. The room was clean in great shape. The signs on the road, going to the buildings, are pretty bad, need to be bigger and reflective. The nightstand isn’t accessible from the bed due to the walls on either side of the bed. We had a great stay keep up the good work.

Family trip to Branson to celebrate my birthday. The check-in process went smoothly and the apartment had plenty of space to include a screened porch, full kitchen, master and 2nd bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living room, and full use of the grounds. We had a wonderful time.

The HVAC blower was not working. They sent repair person twice but could not resolve the issue. They offered a box fan or change rooms. We took the fan since the weather was not hot and since the stay was only couple days. They refunded one of the two night stay and waived the resort fee.

Great Stay

25th Anniversary we just needed a place to come and go from but if was much more then that it was like a one room apartment. It was perfect. It is not super modern but it’s clean and nice to me. It had a kitchenette. We were text to check on us. They do not clean the room daily which was great for us but have more towels or what you need at front desk or they will bring it to you. Very nice checking on us. The pool and Hottub we used it was amazing the hot tub was super hot soooo nice. They had mini golf we didn’t get to play but it was nice to have the option. It was about 15 mins to Silver Dollar City which was perfect for us. Also about the same to the LANDINGS so great location.

The checkin was terrible.There was a storm that came through during checkin time.But we sat for 2 hours in the lobby.The storm did not last that long.The electricity was off but they didn’t try to get us in to another room.Until I threatened going somewhere else.The stay was good after that.But a terrible experience checking in.

The Suites at Fall Creek in Branson, MO is a beautiful Resort. So many amenities for everyone! So glad I did reserve on line as you CANNOT reserve in person or by calling the specific site. We were very pleased with the super comfortable bed and spotless bathroom. Check in was easy and the staff was great. The only negative comment we gave at check out was the carpet in our room. It had large stains and the overall cleanliness of the carpet was VERY POOR. It definitely needed shampooed or replaced. We got to our room late and chose to not switch rooms.

For the money you get a an excellent experience from the size of the suites to activities. After staying in several other branson locations i would reccomend the suitez over all the others.

Well equipped amenities, super clean,comfortable,plenty hit water, ac worked great. The outdoor putt putt and indoor game room was great. The pools were also very nice. Loved to sit on the porch early in the morning and watch the sunrise. I would recommend this property to anyone. Price was very appropriate also.

The property was off the main drag which is what I wanted. Convenient and quiet. We did lose hot water to the building on the morning of our departure. A minor inconvenience, but we cooed since we were leaving. Overall great stay.
