Hotel near slopes in Breckenridge

The hotel was nice enough. The condo I stayed in was not managed by the hotel itself but by Pinnacle Lodging. This was a mistake. The condo was expensive and there was no room service at all. Also, the room safe didn't work. I reported it to Pinnacle Lodging but no one ever came during the 8 days I was there to fix it. Had I stayed in one of the condos managed by the hotel property, I would have had daily room service and they could have fixed the safe. So, while I might stay there again, I would only stay in one of the condos managed by the hotel itself. The only other issue is that the ad said it was "ski in, ski out". This is not true. The hotel is definitely ski in, but not at all ski out. To ski out you have to walk down from the hotel, down through an underground tunnel, up the other side, through a parking lot and across the street to the gondola. You cannot ski through this but have to carry your ski equipment. It's not that big of a deal, but just not what was reported in the ad.
