Room was very spacious, clean and well appointed. Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely room, friendly staff and very good location in Bristol city

The room was warm, spacious, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom didn’t have a bath, which my wife was disappointed about. But we enjoyed the shower. There was plenty of pressure and hot water was in abundance. A few cobwebs around the room, but could only see them in low light, the bathroom sink drained very slowly and there was no toilet brush. The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were brilliant. The breakfast was lovely, though slightly overpriced. We had a wonderful relaxing weekend. And hope to return one day

Nice comfy room with fridge, I was very kindly moved at my request to a room with a bath tub (thank you!). Bed comfy too. Breakfast was plentiful, had lots of choice to suit all palates. The only thing I would say is that cold counter could be better placed against one of the walls as it blocks access to the bakery, toasters and juice station, and everyone is scuttling around it! Otherwise couldn’t fault the breakfast. Hotel is perfectly placed to access everything Bristol centre, bar street and the harbour has to offer. We’ve stayed numerous times and will return for sure. Tip: Parking at the multi-storey of the hotel is £17 a night if a resident at the hotel.
