Plumbing disaster

No hot water throughout hotel, they were trying but failing to fix it. My problem is with the management, who didn't contact us beforehand or when we arrived to organise another hotel, even though we heard they've had problems for several days. And then only offered us 25% refund, and then said that was based on what they got from Hotels.com not what we paid. I feel sorry for the receptionists who had to deal with the angry guests, particular those who'd had no hot water for several days.

No hot water for two days and means no shower. No apology from the hotel and only gave 100 pounds for inconvenience. I strongly request Expedia to reflect my opinion to the hotel and should free us for two nights stay.

Comfortable room, very clean. The only thing was that the food was not cleared away quickly enough from the outside seating area which attracted a gull who started eating the leftover food.
