I loved my room, the view and the hospitality. I just so happened to go when the AC was on the fritz but overall trip was great

Nice room, friendly and efficient staff, good restaurant.

The hotel is nice, but the bed was one of the worst I have experienced and I travel a lot. The lobby and restaurant are really nice.

room was clean but the shower room, door doesn't shut well so there was water leaking out, room was tidy but dusty check in staff was helpful and polite, breakfast was standard, food was warm not hot

Bed super comfortable, room really lovely. Reception staff really helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately breakfast let it down! Cooked breakfast not great at all despite it costing £21!!!! Rude member of staff with blonde hair, I had my breakfast plated but the hash browns were empty, I asked member of staff if she could replenish, she could see I had my hot items on my plate however she did not inform kitchen staff for around 5 minutes, hash browns were eventually put on the hot plate around 15 minutes later, I had already eaten my breakfast. I went to get a hash brown, it was so dry I couldn’t eat it!

Lovely hotel, great location. Only negative, no tea making facilities in the room.
