Looks better in the pictures than it really is. 1st room given to us had a terribly noisy AC, whistled and screeched all night! We were tired the next day from no sleep all night. The next morning we asked to be moved and they were nice about it, said they could replace the whole unit to a new one or move us. Why didn't they just do that before putting a guest there if they knew?!!? We moved to a room with a new unit, but the bathroom was older and didn't have the same sink space and the room smelled every evening we returned. We also found a grape under the bed. The fridge in the new room didn't shut properly so we had to wedge the armchair in front of it everyday. They didn't discount our room for the 1st night.

We had a great time. We woke up a little late and the staff was understanding that we needed an extra 15 minutes. The little soaps were so cute and good quality. It was quiet, peaceful, and provided exactly what we needed. If this hotel has a rewards program we would sign up because this is the perfect hotel for our family especially with our Knott's season passes

Room wasn’t what we’d expected. Room wasn’t cleaned, not enough towels for five ppl. Fan smelt like burnt rubber when turned on. Dead flies on floor by nightstand. Very think blankets.

The rooms were dirty, the smell was terrible , the walls had handprints something brown, not hot water , we couldn’t make coffee in the room , dirty floors, took pictures of all that , the rooms were not like on the website show complete different and I’m very disappointed, breakfast was terrible too

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and it hasn’t disappointed me. Checking in and out was a breeze. The staff always seem to be friendly and the lobby is clean and spacious. The rooms have always been clean and spacious. Clean beds and bathroom. The toilet and bathtub are separate from the sink, which is great since one person can shower while the other gets ready; there is plenty of counter space and there is also a giant wall to wall mirror, giving you plenty of space for two people to get ready. The TV is a bit small and outdated, no smart tv or streaming apps here. The coffee maker is old and the same goes to the furniture. It’s basic a basic room but worth the price, especially if you get it for a good deal.
