Not great but convenient.

Check in was fast and easy. Staff was very freír sky and helpful. Parking was great, we parked right in front of our room. The rooms are very rundown. They were not clean, chairs had stains on them, our lampshade was dirty on one side of the bed, the whole bed itself was sunken in the middle. Over all we were just there to get ready for knotts scary farm and to sleep there. As much as they could use new everything and an extremely deep clean, it was convenient, felt safe, affordable, and we'd give this place another shot as a last resort.

Great location! Close to Disney and major stores. We walked to Knotts Berry Farm from the hotel. The Rocknbrew and Broken Yolk were both great restaurants near by. Our room was a little dirty behind the beds and they need to touch up the paint in areas. The hot tub was cold! It can't cost too much to keep that hot / fixed for guests. Their pool was clean but too cold in for October. Breakfast was ok- nothing special. The front desk lady was great and very friendly. For the price it was a decent place to stay. No bed bugs that we could find and we always look.

Choose this place again because of the price just under 100 bucks. For an additional 75 bucks you can check in early before 4pm which is cool, I didn't do that but for late check out you can stay an additional hour for $28.50 that you can pay which works out of your old lady is like mine and is always 10 mins before check out saying she still wants to take a shower. So worth it vs having cleaning ladies knocking at 11 and explaining to them you need a few more minutes and risk losing losing your 100 deposit.

We arrived early from our flight and were curious if they would hold our luggage while we went to Knott's Berry Farm. We were delighted to not only have them accommodate us, but they were able to get us into our room two hours early! The rooms were very clean and the beds were VERY comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast and coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay again.
