Did not stay at the hotel as there were cockroaches in the bed. The bed skirt was soiled. We were offered another room where the bed sheets were also dirty and the door had a faulty lock and bad repair job from obviously having been forcibly opened at one point.

During our stay, we encountered some disappointing service. The staff member we dealt with was not very kind and gave the impression that she did not want to be at work or be bothered. Additionally, there was a leak from the wall in our room, and we were asked to move rooms right before we were set to leave for the day. Unfortunately, no sympathy or concern was shown for the inconvenience this caused.

Traveled with my family, with two children, we felt safe, Clean room, friendly staff, free breakfast no proteins though lots of bread, toast, waffles and muffins. I’d suggest to added hard boiled eggs to the menu. Easy parking right outside of our room on first floor. Easy walk to knotts berry farm about .07 mile which saved us $35 in parking fees. The only issue for me was the beds were not comfortable.
