The room could use better cleanliness, there were stains on the walls and the bathrooms could use some maintenance especially since there was no hot water in the morning otherwise the hotel room was good everyone was comfortable would book again ifbin the area.

Before I go into anything negative, I do want to say that the staff was EXTREMELY polite, positive, and helpful. This review has nothing to do with them. The hotel itself, however, was mediocre at best. The pictures are very misleading. The beds were hard as a rock and there were no blankets, only a sheet and a tiny thin duvet. The pillows were very well beat up and should have been replaced years ago. The fridge, microwave, and hair dryer were all crammed in a small space inside the bathroom. The bathroom door was a rickety barn door that only stayed closed if you locked it which made it very inconvenient for my seven year old to try and close it. In addition, the 'office chair' had tons of stains on it and was just plain gross. The TV was MAYBE 32" (I think more 27") at best and was so old that the picture showed a 3" bar of light around the outside edge on all four sides that cut into the show you were watching. Outside, there were piles of trash (like several) leaned up next to a broken down ice machine. Breakfast was a typical Continental so no real complaints there... And again, the hotel staff was amazingly nice. But the hotel itself is drab, run down, and not nearly what we had expected when booking it. It's within a 2 minute walking distance of a Starbucks so that's a plus... Otherwise, I promise we will not be back.

The room was disgusting. It looked it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Behind the refrigerator there was some sort of splatter, the bed sheets had hair, the floor had a big whole we just felt uncomfortable being there. Thankfully the shower was clean if not I would’ve checked out right there and then.

It was a good stay for a budget hotel. The room was clean but not clean clean. I reserved and paid for queen beds but in my opinion the beds looked to be a full, but I could be wrong. The area is nice and convenient to local restaurant and disney.
