We checked in at 7:00 PM, and within less than two hours we discovered bed bugs in the bed. We also saw bugs around the side table and along the sides of the room. The sheets did not appear clean, and the bathtub had rusty spots. I requested to move to a different room, but unfortunately, I was told that nothing was available. This was especially concerning because my son has an allergy to bed bugs and roaches. The room appeared to be infested, which made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. This hotel needs to ensure that rooms are clean and safe for guests. It felt like the focus was more on collecting payment than addressing serious health and cleanliness concerns.

The room was not up kept. Dirty pillow cases and sheet was dirty. Little bugs around the room. Saw a small roach in the bathroom. Staff front desk was friendly but room was not great. Would not stay again.

I was able to check in earlier than 4:00. And the staff at the desk was able to get me a room on the first floor. That was very helpful since they don't have an elevator and I have a hard time climbing stairs.
