Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
You get what you pay for. Usually our rooms have been clean and we have no issues but this last trip was not like before. The outlets went out and we thought maybe it was something they were working on so we went to the parks for the day. We returned and they were still out and we called and the not so lovely manager was so happy to hear about the issue and resolve it. I do understand maintenance having certain hours but its the attitudes when you call. That same night we found 2 cockroaches on the floor but thought maybe they came in through the door and that was that. Next morning i woke up at 3 to use the restroom and i was greeted by several more roaches on the floor, bathroom, and wash area. I immediately went down and talked to the front desk person who seemd so unphased by this as if they hesr it often. He told me there was nothing he could do and to call when management was in but he would note it on the room. I made several attempts to reach management but nobody is ever in the office until todays phone call. I found out that no notes were made and seemingly the roach issue was not a concern to management.
Additionally, the rooms could be kept cleaner but realistically you get what you pay for in terms of cleanliness and customer service.
