The door to the room got stuck and we weren’t able to leave room, when I called front desk a guy who answered was just mocking me and saying “ oh well” “ I will see what I can do” do whatever you want” and then he hinged up the phone on me twice, when I needed someone to come open door , we were ther on vacation and missed an event because we couldn’t open the door… extremely rude non caring staff, with exception of genesis and a cleaning lady .. very stressful and scary situation, also there were a lot of homeless in and out and even sleeping in the parking lot right outside the room.. hORRIBLE experience…

The hotel it's self was good for the pride and a great location. Lots of parking and near knotts which was the main reason for my stay. Only big problem is they have not returned my deposit and they will not reply to any of my emails to ask for it back!

Continental breakfast was a bummer. Main items were waffles and cereal. Then the front desk gave out my room info to a man that claimed to know me and he showed up at my door in the evening. Super unprofessional and dangerous. That guy could’ve harmed me and my guest.
