We had a room on the second floor. Thankful there's an attendant at the desk for 24 hours because we arrived late at night for check in. The king bed room had a nice size bed with very comfortable pillows and a shift blanket comforter that made relaxing so nice. The shower in the bathroom is incredible with large space and well insulated. The only issue was it didn't have much water pressure and the water only got to a slightly warmer temperature and not as hot as I wanted it to be. Air conditioner works great.

The property had piles of trash in the corner. People actually living at the hotel. Some gun shots were heard. Very sketchy place. Not sure how it got such great reviews. I won't be staying there again.

The room pretty was clean but the bathrooms weren’t. The shower was shooting water from the top, there was a sketchy abandoned truck right outside my suite, they were limited on covers and towels at night, and the jacuzzi was out of order. The suite was pretty big and nice. Plenty of room. And the staff was very very kind. They the rest of the property was clean, conveniently place near the freeway, restaurants, and amusement parks. The god of the place greatly out weighed the not so good.

Staff was super nice but the hotel wasn’t great. The breakfast was very small and no protein. The waffle machines stuck so our waffles were all torn apart. The rooms smelled pretty bad. The showers didn’t look clean. The grout was pretty gross. We made due cause we just used the rooms to sleep and shower in, but definitely not the best stay. The hot tub also didn’t work, which sucked for our stay. Also our rooms didn’t have a phones, which I thought was kind of weird.

The staff. The guy that was working in the front desk was rude and inconsiderate. He told my son that was $100 security deposit and said it was either card with ID or cash. My son doesn't have a credit card so I asked if I could pay over the phone he said no it's policy cause it's third-party. So I sent my kid $100 and they told him he was gonna pay cash and then the guy at the counter goes. Oh that's $200. I will be calling this hotel and speaking to the general manager to file a complaint
