Stayed 4 days and all staff were great. Great location across the street from Medieval times, Porto's and many dining establishments. Down the street from Knotts berry farm and a mall. Great location.

Everything was good except house keeping. Never in our 3 days did we get clean towels except when asked for. No one ever came into the room m, evident by the pile up of garbage in our room.
