The Best Inn is very comfortable and convenient to Knotts Berry Farm and many other attractions. Parking is easy-staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and I enjoy having a refrigerator and microwave

The customer service was amazing. The room was disgusting . There were spiders and ants in the bed. My feet were black from walking across the floor within 10 min. I dont think the floors were ever cleaned. The room looked very run down.

The room was perfect! Comfortable beds, well lit bathroom and great shower! Plenty of parking spaces and in walking distance to knots berry farm! Overall it was a pleasant stay!

The hotel is clean, comfortable safe and the staff was very friendly. What I liked about it we had free parking and it was a short walk to Knott’s Berry farm.

For the price there isn't much to complain about. The staff was very friendly. The AC worked good which is a big thing for me. The room had a microwave & fridge which is always awesome to have especially when staying with children. It's so close to Knotts we were able to walk there with 2 small kids. The room itself & bathroom are slightly out dated but it was clean & didn't cost an arm & a leg so I would definitely stay there again & recommend to family & friends.

The location was perfect going to Knotts Berry and Soak city. took 8 minutes to walk to Knotts but they false advertise having breakfast. being on a budget coming from far away this was terrible and spent an Extra $200 dollars going to Ihop down the street. Very upsetting! The room accommodated us 5 but the top bunk railing was broken off. The floors were really dirty and made our feet black after walking around. so, we all had to wash our feet every night before bed.

I like how close this property is by the theme park, i disliked that the parking spaces are limited and very small spaces, children were running around alone making noise while one tried to rest from traveling, property has normal wear and tear needs a touch up
