Property cleaned with fabuloso which clearly left nothing clean. Room had a horrible smell, torn dirty carpet, glow in the dark paint was splattered across the ENTIRE toom making it hard to sleep. Very dissapointed with how this property was advertised vs how it actually is. I will NOT be returning or putting much value into expedias rating system.

We booked the family suite and i was impressed on how big the room was and the features it had. The only thing that was missing was hot water to take a shower. Overall we will be going back for future vacations.

room was really ran down and so was the outside area. Ripped curtains, stained sheets and towels, just overall crusty but you do get to park there before checkin if you’re planning on going to knotts so that’s nice.

Exterior needs cleaned up. The carpets in the rooms were so dirty they changed my feet colors, and the bathroom needs some help. The door was cracked from the shower warping it, the shower walls were cracked, and the sink sprayed water everywhere. You have to ask the front desk to turn on the ice machine to get ice. And there's not enough parking when the rooms are full.

Staff was super friendly and very accommodating, even calls when we were late for checking to check on us. Room was clean and very comfortable for my family of six. Staff is so very helpful in suggestions of places to see and eatery suggestions.

The room that has the bunk beds is extremely cool. I can't come close to saying the same about the mattresses. Bunk bed mattresses are essentially 3 inches of cushion on a plank of wood. One of the queen beds is so old and worn I hit the bottom as I sat down. Not the best

We been staying at this hotel for our Disneyland trips 5 times already. It’s a 10 minute drive to the park. Price is reasonable and staff is friendly. Highly recommended this hotel.
