Too loud, attention to detail

Check in was easy. Room 152 the ac dial doesn’t work was trying to use the heater. Attention to detail cleaning is what needed light switches where cover with months of old food. Staff cart too loud so you can hear everything I was literally next to the parking lot so you hear everything. Definitely will stay somewhere else and pay the extra 150 so I can sleep in.

The bathroom was old and worn. Shower and tub had chunks missing out of the tub. There was only one towel for a room with two beds and two people. There were no complementary shampoo available. The ice machine did not work and it was the only one located on the property.

Room was so dirty and smelly looks as if they dont clean they just make beds and put towles. I didnt know the area if i did i would have never book with this hotel.

We stayed 3 nights and wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. It wasn’t very clean, several of the electrical outlets I didn’t work, and the toilet and shower were loose and broken, respectively. I told the front desk staff about the shower and how it wasn’t safe to use. I asked to either have it repaired or put us in a different room. They never bothered to look at the shower and always said that they didn’t have any rooms available to move us to. When I checked out, I spoke with the manager, who told me that I could’ve laid a towel down in the broken shower and it would have been fine.
