We drove a long way and were exhausted. When we came to the room it was filthy. Stuff and old food spills on the ground. Sheets were not changed only straightened to look like it was made. There was others hair in between the sheets with food spills. We were going to ignore it because we were so tired and just lay our own blanket on top but when i moved the pillow the headboard fell and almost hit me. Like came fully out of the wall. Scared me to death. That was it and i told the office. They said that their remodeling. I asked for another room. Thank goodness that was clean. We didn't eat breakfast because we were worried about food poisoning because if they cant clean a room i cant imagine how they clean the kitchen. Im shocked that the owner of days inn allows this to happen.

The breakfast was great. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were dirty- toilet needed a scrubbing. The tub handle loose and impossible to turn all the way off. This is a motel with a capital M.

When I opened the door to the room the floor was filthy just looking at it, with tiny bits of white stuff & also pieces of dirt/mud,etc. When my husband went to wipe up something on the floor the cloth was almost black. Then he tried another area along side the bed & it was the same way. I wouldn't even walk on it without shoes!! The lady (Carey, I believe was her name) who checked us in was very nice & accommodating. When I called her about the floor she came with a broom & also asked if I wanted her to mop it. I said yes but I'm not sure how much she did because of all the dirt we wiped up later in just 2 small areas. I do have to say, though, the beds were very comfortable & so were the pillows. The rest of the room was clean, like the sink & bathroom area. But the floors were awful!!

The telephone was not working could not contact front desk. Also, the stopper for the sink was not working also I stayed for 2 nights but the room was not serviced ie bed not made nor the coffee supplies not replaced reported roaches

The room was bare bones. Not thoroughly cleaned. When you stepped outside the smell of urine and cigarette smoke was very strong. The separate office building was very different- clean, bright and welcoming. And the bed was comfortable to sleep in.

I was invited to do a pre-check-in and provide a picture of my I’d and my credit card details, which would speed my check-in. I did so but was still asked to provide them at the office again. Why twice? Why ask for them online if it doesn’t help?

Hotel staff are great. Room 129 is really noisy because it's right next to the staff laundry facility and they start working at 11pm. The parking lot is really well lit at night making it a really safe area. Breakfast is also great. Always love having a waffle maker.

The staff was super nice but our room was pretty gross. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned, mopped, dusted and I’m pretty sure our sheets weren’t changed. The hung half off the bed had multiple hairs and were so wrinkled. The toilet was stained and so gross and everything really was old and dirty.

The check in was okay and the staff was really nice. The room was decent except when we went to the bathroom we found some roaches every night. They don’t have housekeeping at all which we didn’t mind, except that they only provide one set of towels and one small roll of toilet paper when we were 2 people staying 3 nights. They say to feel free to request whatever we need but I don’t feel I should be bothered to do that. I can’t comment on their breakfast because we always leave early and we have our own. We have been staying there twice a year for tournaments but we will have to think twice now.

Check in was terrible! 2 people a head of us and each one took at least 10 mins. Then it was that long for us too. Staff had to wait on on internet and had to call housekeeping to see which rooms had been cleaned. She was pleasant but ridiculous to wait that long. Also TV had no signal, no hand towels, sink leaking onto floor, frig missing a leg so couldn't open door w/o lifting up. No phone so couldn't call front desk, and only # online was for reservations. Told FD next morning and most things got fixed except frig problem. Caulking and tiles around tub hardware absolutely needs to be replaced. Sink started leaking again before we left. Just not a good experience and won't stay ever again!!

My room was horrible. I don’t know why a hotel would have a room immediately by the pool equipment that runs all night and same room right next to laundry facilities for the hotel - that also runs into the night. The first night I requested a change of rooms. When I went to the office the next day they told me they were sold out. So why can’t you give me a new room and someone that is coming in that day my room. No they would not. The room was dirty and the only chair I had to sit on was a folding chair. They did manage to provide with an arm chair second night. I walked around the room with my socks on and they became black from the dirty floor. The last thing of course, was the microwave did not work. Light came on but no heat. Terrible- terrible experience. I do have pictures. When I asked for a credit because of the quality of the room, the front desk could not provide me any positive answers.
