We had a great stay at the Heritage Hotel. Last night, the staff showed exceptional politeness and patience, even while dealing with technical issues with the room card maker. Everyone remained calm and professional in what was clearly a delicate and stressful moment. I want to give a special shout-out to Miss Stephanie at the front desk—she handled the overwhelm incredibly well. Her grace, efficiency, and top-notch customer service truly stood out. Honestly, her professionalism alone would make me want to return to this hotel. She is simply the best!

I booked this last minute for my husband and my daughter. They said this was a gem of a find. Outstanding customer service from the folks who checked them in. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Thank you for providing a temporary home away from home for my family.
