Staff was extremely cordial and restaurant food was excellent. Our room had a few issues including: the bed felt like it needed to be replaced, was lumpy and felt like there were ‘ruts’ from use; the toilet seat was broken; the TV was frustrating as the remote control had at least a 5 second delay after pressing a button; the only streaming service available was Netflix; the TV image flickered often.

The staff was amazing! the Front Desk and the valet team were really nice. Honestly the food was not good, we were expecting something way better being a 4 stars hotel. The bed and pillows were not comfortable, I asked for 2 extra pillows because I’m pregnant but it didn’t help, pillows were super flat.

the room when we entered had big puddle of water from leaking fridge, found fridge was defective after clean up, then had issues with thermostat and TV stopped working - all in the same night-first night. no soap, no tissues, and price was jacked up form original quote because of football game. very disappointed - expected better
