Great hotel,

Clean room, convenient location, staffs are vey nice, room is a bit noisy at night, not sound proof. Overall is good.😀

Friendly staff, room was well serviced, good buffet style breakfast. Good accessable parking. TV in room was a little small for the size of room. Have stayed many times over many years, no issues with our visits.

I had a nice clean spacious room on the 5th floor which overlooked Hoe Park. The king size bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and there was a nice size TV. I kept hearing frequent thump sounds that I found VERY annoying but couldn’t work out where it was coming from. On one night there was a family in the adjoining room making a lot of noise. The doors are very clunky which again I found annoying, and the flimsy ‘Do not disturb’ door hangers kept falling off the door handle which was annoying and resulted in my room being missed for room service as I must have put it back on the wrong way.
