Good but coumd be better

The hotel is begining to seem dated in the rooms. They have removed the small touches like bottles of water. The towels looked a little worse fkr wear this time, and fhe aiir conditikning was not working making the rooms very hot. This is still a very good hotel, but i think just some attention to details where lacking this time as have stayed here very many times.

Not our first stay and definitely not our last.

The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable all 6. But apart from that an excellent stay in a suite with complimentary fruit and fizz which was unexpected but a lovely touch. Fantastic location and value for money

It's nice enough but our room was only made up for one person despite it being booked for two. They were unapologetic.We then had to make our own bed which is not what you want at 10 at night. It was also horribly hot. The room was nicely decorated and huge though. Lovely bathroom.
