We had one evening meal with several of my family and some of the food was burnt and inedible. Nothing was offered as money off for us as 5 out of 7 different chicken dishes were thin dry and the chicken burgers were burnt and inedible. We were robbed off as the manager had left for the evening. We were only offered 2 free breakfasts the following day which really didn’t make up for the horrible meals we had. The staff were friendly and understood my complaint but couldn’t do anything as the manager was not there so I had to pay the full amount much to my horror a service charge was put on the bill but this was taken off. My bill was for over £200. The manager called me the next day and was very nice and understood my feelings but only gave us the breakfast for free which really was not good enough.

Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Excellent staff. We needed a bath mat and it was brought to our room very quickly. I have special dietary needs and chef puréed my vegetable soup to make it smooth for me to swallow. Very enjoyable overnight stay.

Brilliant, great hotel and service

Brilliant heavily due to staff friendly in hotel reception and restaurant. Only marked down decor in parts run down , bed terrible.... Premier brilliant, but due to service, room and spacious room and restaurant though basic and basic, quality of food was excellent and restaurant beautiful.....will be back and have already recommended to others. Thanks John

A very pleasant accommodation!

Spacious and comfortable bedroom, very clean and tidy. I also tried the restaurant, the service was very attentive and friendly, and the food was very good. Very happy with my experience. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
