Compare Ski Hotels in Camp Hill

So room was comfortable, exactly as I would have expected. The breakfast was fresh and there was a lot of variety. I didn’t get a chance to swim in the pool, but they definitely had a pool and a whirlpool spa available. I’d recommend this place. I was comfortable.

Garbage was full in the cans outside. We were put in a room near the pool and it was very noisy.

We arrived to find the receptionist asleep and snoring away. It took multiple attempts to wake her us by ringing the bell and yelling out to her. She awoke and proceeded to give us keys to a room. When we got to the assigned room the door lock was broken and the ac was non functional. We asked for a different room with an operational door lock and was told that we were given keys to the wrong room. The second room was dirty and smelled terrible. It was a mix of wet dog and old curry. The pillows smelled unwashed and sweaty. The ac unit didn’t work and we had to deal with the terrible smell and heat through the night. Breakfast was lacking in the morning because it was only stocked once and never checked on or refilled. The ice machine on the third floor had chunks of black slime coming out with the ice. This place should be shut down and renovated.

It was just a place to sleep. Nothing special , nothing great. If I ever go back to Hershey, I will look for another place.

Breakfast was fine. Staff was polite. A few small issues with our room (230). Sink drained slowly. One of the lights flickered, so we didn't use it. Couldn't find instructions for using the TV, and the remote didn't help. The biggest thing was the aur conditioner, which sounded like a motorcycle coming through the room every 10-15 minutes. Only stayed one night so none of this mattered that much. Reported these things on departure.
