The hotel was clean and had a lot of options. They had a nice sitting area in the lobby, the indoor pool, good breakfast area, and a small game room that we enjoyed. The room had plenty of storage and seating space and was clean and comfortable.

This is my favorite hotel! My son was having open heart surgery and we were able to stay at this hotel for free for a few days! Now every time we go back to Hershey this is the only hotel we’ll stay at, this hotel will always have a special place in our hearts! It’s clean, located in the best area, the staff are the absolute most amazing people! Stay here you will not regret it!

Clean room. Courteous staff. Room was very noisy - not the hotel’s fault but more so parents who don’t control their children. We had a family above our room that allowed the kids to scream, run around the room and what sounded like jumping on the beds. Absolutely ridiculous.

We did not utilize the pool or hot tub because we didn't have our swimming suits. It looked very inviting. The breakfast was very good with an acceptable variety. The room was clean and quiet and staff was friendly. Something that stood out is how nicely the lobby was decorated for Christmas. You just wanted to sit and sip hot chocolate. The only concern that I had was parking. If they are full, it may be an issue.
