Called for toilet paper and was told “we are not a full service hotel” The price for the small, outdated room was insane. They are clearly coasting on Hershey Park being near by. Pool felt cold, game room has a few games and a couple didn’t work. Whole third floor smelled like weed. The breakfast was waffles, yogurt, cereal, or bagels. No eggs or sausage or bacon or hash browns. Beds in the rooms are unbelievably uncomfortable and small. Would not recommend staying here. Staff were nice was the only plus.

A Great Stay at Hershey, Pa

Our trip was great. While the hotel is older, it is VERY well kept and it had every amenity that we could want and need. Our room was clean, super comfortable, and spacious.

Older hotel at a great location

The location was great, it is in walking distance of most things in hershey. The room was nice and clean. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Breakfast had pretty good options, although they could have used some salt for the boiled eggs.

The location is good, the check in was good , but the accommodation is too expensive for what they provide! The breakfast is poor, the hot dish only waffle! The pool is small and staff not flexible to give late check out although the hotel was almost empty that day (week day)!
