we stayed here for one night on march 14th and there was about 50 kids running around the property slamming doors messing with the elevators and just being rude in general and there parents were all drunk it was really unpleasant we didn’t get much sleep due to these kids running up and down the halls slamming doors and screaming i don’t think it was worth the price due to the night we had..

We really enjoyed our stay! The front desk staff and the manager were so compassionate and caring! The shower was fantastic as were the beds! So comfortable! The front lobby is welcoming and includes a nice table with a checkerboard all ready to play! Breakfast provides so many choices and the fresh made waffles are delicious! There is also a convenient store Sheetz right in the same parking lot! We will stay here again!

The Hotel Manager was extremely rude when we had a problem at check in. He offered no options to remedy the situation. THANKFULLY the front desk clerk suggested I call Expedia for assistance. The customer service representative at Expedia was fantastic at assisting us and had a solution in minutes. While our room and accommodations were good, the managers blatant refusal to assist us when we were hours from home was very upsetting

We were very early for check in. Front desk staff was super sweet and helpful in recommending a place to eat while our room was being finished! Staff was encouraging and nice to the kids that were there for cheerleading competition, wishing them luck and generally were interested in what they had to say. We’ll be back!
