Nice hotel lobby, very good breakfast, but our room had mold spots, a leaking window which caused mold on the blackout shades. Room smelled damp.

Stayed at this property for the pool and spa. Pool water gross. Pool is run down. Pool area was dirty.Spa broken and looks nasty. Desk is too close to ac unit made it impossible to work at it without layering up. Front desk was less then helpful upon checkout. They were gathered around a cell phone watching videos. Waste of money.

It appears to be a relatively new property but the furniture in the room looks like it was beat up. Lighting in bathroom very dim. No light on the desk-had to sit in bed to do computer work.

Breakfast and the pool was excellent. Room was comfy and the air conditioning worked great. Room was clean. The only thing we didnt like was when we asked for more towels the staff had a attitude and gave us a bit of a problem. One other thing is there is alot of dogs and my partner doesn’t like that. People need to control there pets in the hallway. At 6am we heard dogs barking loudly right at our door. But other then that very nice stay and convenient to travel to hershey

Stink bugs & mold

Upon arrival we noticed mold all in our shower and the shower head. All along the wall there was stink bugs. The front desk staff was quick to help but will definitely not he staying there again it was disgusting.

Great Hotel For What We Needed

Everything was nice at hotel except they need to get new carpet & flush out A/C unit. Bad smell as soon as we opened the door. We opened the window & sprayed AC to get the smell out.

Property is clean throughout and is located in a well commercialized area providing access for many retailers. Our room was clean, but bathroom faucet knobs we’re loose, appeared of cheap quality and nearly came off wall as we turned on/off water. Bigger issues were staff not willing to accommodate a one hour late check out even though business levels were low and our room was available next day. Lastly, cleaning staff plays music from a speaker on their housekeeping cart disturbing guest. This is not a problem until all guest of that floor level have checked out — not while guest are still checked in.

Would definitely stay again!

We have stayed here before & will continue to stay here.I'm going to do my review in sections so it's easier to understand: Location: It's a straight shot to Hershey & attractions. Maybe a ten minute drive, if that. Close to gas stations as well & is an easy on/off the interstate location. Room: We had a king suite, the room was big & had a nice layout, some wear & tear but nothing to really dive into. I would've given this visit 5 Stars; however, the shower wouldn't get hot. (Silly to not give it 5 stars; probably, but after a long day, I like a hot shower). I didn't ask staff about it, we were fine. Also, & this is to be expected, my son said the couch bed was not comfortable. We ended up taking the mattress off & using it on the floor. He was fine with that. He's also 15 & moody, so take that for what it's worth. Our bed was firm and comfy. Breakfast: It was a good layout with a nice spread: Cereal, yogurts, fruits, sausage, turkey sausage, scrambled eggs, and waffle maker. Pool: My husband and son got in the first night, they said it was cold. Hot tub was not working that evening. The second night of our stay, the pool was closed for the day. Fitness Room: My son used the eliptical and free weights. He tried to use the bowflex, it does not look like it is working well & for safety, I had him stay off of it. Staff/Check in: Check in was super easy, as I got a text to do so. The only time I spoke to staff was getting my key, he was super friendly. Hope this helps!!
