Showed up greeted nicely. However the room smelled beyond musty. Didn’t have a tv remote, which was odd. All around room looked like it hadn’t been clean since the last guest. Very disappointing.
Bathroom floors were covered in dirt.
Nightstands still had food crumbs in them.

I love this hotel because we can bring our pets. I wish the hot tub was functional. Everytime we go it seems as though the hot tub is not working which leads me to beleive that it out of order for good.

Super clean hotel, friendly staff and close to restaurants. Easy on/off Rte 81. We needed two rooms including one dog friendly one. We booked online, so much cheaper than calling 800 reservation line. We’d definitely stay here again on our next trip north.

Beds were old and very uncomfortable. Shower walls had mold on them and no bath soap. Hall way smelled as if someone’s dog had pooped in it. Don’t recommend

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom floor had hair on it when we got there and it wasn’t ours. The breakfast was awful, eggs were terrible, cereal was stale and honey was starting to crystallize. There are no towel racks in the bathroom. They ask that towels are used multiple days before washing which is fine but no towel racks to hang and reuse the towels makes it hard. The hallways were freezing. We won’t be staying here again.

Decent hotel for the price. Could use some cleaning of hallway carpets, repair of wallpaper in rooms, fixing bathroom light switch which didn't work 2nd day, fixing hot tub. Breakfast was okay, ran out of eggs and sausage quickly. Good coffee.
