Canary Wharf beach accommodation

Stayed in room 126 (front of main building above e reception)for 3 nights. Room was compact but clean and modern. Location of room wasnt great for us. Noisy neighbours coupled with loud traffic outside (which I was surprised at as I thought it was a quiet area). Asked to switch to a quieter room which staff were helpful and willing to accommodate however this didnt work out

Was close to Canary Wharf, beds were comfy, staff were friendly. But, parking fee was obscene even with the discount code, the room was shabby, and the main thing was our AC wasn’t working, we were given keys to 2 other rooms none of which were working. The only thing they did was let us have an extra room for free, as we were 3 adults sharing, so at least we managed to spread out. But it was still so hot we had to sleep with the windows open, and the it was so noisy, we couldn’t sleep. Ruined the next day to be honest as we were all so tired.

Staff are so attentive, room has everything you need and very clean

Breakfast can be improved. Also, facilities in the room can be improved.
