All areas of the hotel were nice and clean. All employees were smiling and ready to help. The restaurants have a wide variety of dishes for every palate. Pool was clean and daily activities provide good entertainment for eveyone. Nightlife entertainment like bars and shows offered enjoyable ways to spend the evening. Overall experience was excellent, however my room had a noticeable dusty wall. I left a note for the housekeeper requesting it to be cleaned but rhe issue was not addressed during my stay, this was the only downside.

Resort was beautiful. However some major improvements are needed over time. Waited 50 minutes for breakfast at the Vantage Club and the wrong food order was brought. No bellboy service to get our luggage brought downstairs when we were leaving. Hard to get dinner reservations. Food was delicious though.

Best Stay Ever!!! This was truly the best stay ever. Everything exceeded my expectations, the drinks, the food, the staff, the classes, and the housekeeping were all absolutely fantastic. There were classes every single day with so many options to choose from- yoga, aqua cycling, paint & sip, sage away, cocktail-making, and more. The volleyball instructor was amazing, and the sage away instructor was incredible as well. All of the staff were so friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. It honestly felt like a world-class experience from start to finish. I loved every day and every moment of my stay. I didn’t want to leave and already miss it so much. I even made so many new friends! Coco Café was perfect for grabbing ice cream or coffee any time of day. With nine different restaurants and endless drink options, every meal was a treat. Overall, an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to come back!

First, the VIP Access resort credit is totally useless, as you can only spend a portion of it on limited number of services and you still have to pay the majority of it. Also, if the staff offers you to enjoy breakfast or lunch at other resorts, please do not go unless you want to buy timeshare memberships. You will be wasting half of your day and won't be able to go back to Vivid even if you decline several times. Other than that, we had a good time at the resort, resting at the poolside and the beach.

The staff was great. The property was very clean and modern. I especially liked Oscar and Dyana. They made this stay even more enjoyable, so personable and friendly. Only cons were there’s no dinner buffet, which I did not like and wish that all of the à la cart options were open every day as I felt like there was not enough variety in the evening.

This place was new and very clean, with great amenities. Wine and champagne in our room fridge plus the mini bar. Bathroom amenities were great. The room was perfect in all aspects and very clean. I wish food options were better but we found something to eat. Entertainment were good. Wait for shuttle to beach was long. One thing that I admire and I am super thankful is for their customer service. I lost my LV sun glasses in the pool and was extremely upset about that, I went to front desk and informed them. They checked pics of my glasses and told me will look for it. I had no hope that will be found but the next morning when I went back to front desk they found it from inside the pool. Has some scratches due to falling in side the pool but I was so happy that they found it. I am so grateful from them that they took the time and effort to search for it and returned it to me. I give 5 star becuase of this honesty and great customer service.
