I recommend this place if you’re going to enjoy the adult only side. Besides the restaurant, Malvo, it was difficult to find food my six year old would eat. Besides the pool, beach, and Kidom, it was difficult finding things to entertain my kid.

We had a lovely time at the Paradisus. Beautiful amenities, fabulous beach and good food. The room showed a bit of wear and tear, it was extremely difficult to open the balcony door. But overall a great resort! We had upgraded to the family concierge and our contact Rossana was amazing!!

We had a wonderful time at the Paradisus Cancun. The pools were amazing, with great service everywhere. We tried several of the restaurants and the food was decent. I especially liked the poolside service, though we did have to get out early to claim a spot.

This was my first time in Cancun, Mexico This resort is amazing I had a great time with my two boys. Staff was very friendly, food was good the shows were great and the Ginger bar was playing such a good music. The pool is great and the beach is beautiful. I’ll definitely recommend this resort. Thank you to everyone specially “Atilano” from the Blue Agave.

We had a great experience at Paradisus Cancun during the shoulder season. Fantastic weather, beach, and atmosphere! Dining options were incredible every day with fresh, tasty dishes made fresh from the kitchen to table. Highly recommend the Blue Agave, Aqua Marine, Flora, and Lemon Fish restaurants which were all included in the all-inclusive package. The resort staff were chill, accommodating, and just easy to communicate with. They were not pushy at all. Shows and activities were fun for the whole family and the entertainers worked so hard to every night. Even the rooms were somewhat dated, they were clean with comfortable beds and well-stocked everyday with supplies. I am looking forward to what renovation updates are in store to an already uniquely designed space! Keep up the great work and look forward to our next visit and stay!

We really enjoyed our time here, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the wide variety of restaurants within the hotel. The grounds were clean and we really enjoyed the ambiance outside and inside as well, didn’t feel like a typical hotel but rather more of an experience. They’re closing for a year for refurbishing but will definitely stay here again when they reopen

Food quality was poor , rooms were dirty we had a broken shower handle and a water leak outside our room door and this was an upgraded room I paid additional for with an ocean view . We requested a kettle which was denied and water bottles which seemed to be a difficult request as we have a 10 month old to wash her bottles and they would only give a few at a time. Terrible experience!
