We like activities in the hotel and many choices for food. Staffs are friendly and polite. The view from ocean view junior suite is wonderful. As it is family hotel early in the morning above our room a bit noisy.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The attention to detail is very evident and it makes for the most amazing resort experience. The architecture of this hotel is incredible and really makes you feel like your somewhere special. There are beautiful sites to see in all directions and in all corners of the resort. A special shout out goes to the staff at the Ginger bar (Gabby, Odum, Valencia) and Kanna Beach Club. They were some of the most personable, hard working, attentive and entertaining staff I have ever met. Thank you for the amazing stay and amazing experience. Highly recommend!

The service was perfect in the reserve area and adult only Luis,Victor and all the other service around the adult only pool was great, for that matter every where we were was very good. The only things that would have been nice a bath tub in the room or on the patio, and buffet was a little small.
