The property itself was beautiful, however, the customer service was mediocre at best. Naylin our butler was absolutely wonderful, but I’d never stay here again. Had to switch rooms due to insects, and the morning of checkout they turned off my tv before 7am which means I couldn’t even order breakfast. Not impressed and I’d give this place a 4/10.

We had an amazing time at the TRS Coral. Planning this trip 6 months ago brought about a lot of questions and anticipation, and it did not disappoint. The photos on the website pulled us in, and it was exactly as we expected, but better! The room, bathroom, room amenities, deck with bed and swings and swim up pool was paradise. We loved having butler service and adult-only relaxation. Feeling truly refreshed and grateful, and already talking about going back.

Great stay at TRS! They offered us a complimentary room upgrade for our anniversary. We stayed at the loft 2 story room with the jetted tub. Everything was wonderful! From the service to the drinks 10/10. Best restaurants was the La Blanca, Poseidon and La Adelita Mexican restaurant is a must. Highly recommend this hotel for an amazing memorable experience ❤️❤️

My trip was wonderful. From the moment I arrived, Bryan and Ayden went above and beyond to make me feel welcome; Bryan was particularly outstanding and knowledgeable about TRS, with a warm personality! They took the time to thoroughly orient me to the resort, ensuring I was comfortable with the facilities and amenities. They also handled a couple of special requests with efficiency and genuine care, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Throughout my visit, I felt completely safe and well looked after, thanks to their attention and professionalism. I’d also like to commend Raul, the pool waiter. He was wonderful, always attentive, communicative, and ready with a joke or a smile. His friendly and humorous personality added a delightful touch to my poolside experience. Last but not least David was excellent at the Japanese restaurant. He was funny, engaging and responsive to the others added requests. Our Hibachi table was way more fun than the one next us. The hotel was a mix of quiet and lively without a party vibe. Overall, the staff’s exceptional service made my trip memorable, and I look forward to returning in the future.
