Relatei que meu carro havia sido batido no estacionamento do hotel, possivelmente pelo manobrista, sendo dito que iria ser averiguado com a TI para buscar as imagens e verificação do "check list" prévio do veículo. Como resposta, obviamente negando que o acidente teria ocorrido no hotel, me enviar um "print" da câmera do estacionamento com o carro parado e fotografias desprovidas de datas de quando foram tiradas dos arranhões do carro. Pedi apenas que me enviassem a data das imagens, para confirmar que não foram tiradas posteriormente ao informar o sinistro e até agora não tive resposta. O custo do serviço de manobrista foi R$ 80,00 para duas diárias e estava pedindo o mínimo: a comprovação de que a batida não ocorreu na garagem. Quando se paga caro por um serviço, o mínimo que se espera é que seja prestado de forma adequada.

Hotel muito bem localizado, em região tranquila e rodeada pela natureza, perfeito para relaxar e curtir a Serra Gaúcha. A estrutura é moderna, bem cuidada e extremamente confortável. Os quartos são amplos, limpos e aconchegantes, com camas ótimas e ótimo isolamento acústico, garantindo noites de descanso de verdade. O atendimento é um dos grandes destaques: equipe educada, atenciosa e sempre pronta para ajudar, fazendo o hóspede se sentir bem-vindo do início ao fim da estadia. O café da manhã é variado e delicioso, com boas opções de pães, bolos, frutas e pratos quentes. A área de lazer também agrada bastante, especialmente a piscina térmica, ideal para aproveitar mesmo nos dias frios da região. Ótima escolha tanto para viagens em família quanto para casais.
