O quarto deixou a desejar nos detalhes. Banheiro com janela mal pintada, paredes do quarto com peças quebradas ou fora do lugar. Bom hotel, mas tem que cuidar também dos detalhes.

Very good hotel

It was very good. Breakfast was super delicious. Unfortunately because pandemic it was no possible to use swimming pool. It was very clean and staff very friendly.

Hotel was renovated, good breakfast, very friendly and attentive front desk. The main internal pool, the Ofurô and the external roffed jacuzzi are well heated. Good beds.

O quarto está bem arrumado, a equipe do hotel é bem profissional, são gentil, sempre cordial quando solicitado. Adorei! Porém, o lado desagradável, é que permite vendedor fazer abordagem nas dependências, saímos de um maravilhoso café da manhã, ali estava ele, mesmo eu não demostrando interesse no produto, ele continuou insistindo!

Quarto bom, espaço para piscina razoável, piscina grande não estava bem quentinha, estava morna pra fria, ofurô e jacuzzi externos ocupadas a mais de meia hora por hóspedes sem noção, e tivemos o azar de pegar a Jacuzzi interna com o motor recém queimado, logo não estava esquentando. Não gostamos que ao chegar fomos pegos de surpresa que deveríamos pagar R$ 30,00 por dia + taxa de serviço de 10% para deixar o carro dentro do estacionamento. Ridículo um hotel dessa fama não oferecer estáciomento cortesia aos seus hóspedes ou no mínimo informar aqui na descrição do hotel que o estacionamento é cobrado separado e informar o valor e ainda deixaram nosso carro na torreira do sol, manobrista nos trouxe o carro pegando fogo dentro de tão quente. Café da manhã maravilhoso, impecável, muita variedade.

A equipe do hotel foi muito gentil e competente e a localização é ótima para fazer coisas a pé. Na hora de dormir, entretanto, o cobre leito estava com cabelos e os travesseiros poderiam ser mais confortáveis. Fora isso, o quarto estava adequado.
