Parking at this hotel is terrible especially if you have a big truck. The hotel is very rundown and in desperate need of renovation. The beds are terrible. I don’t think they’ve been changed in well over a decade. I could go on, but you get the gist. I wouldn’t recommend it but very limited. Decent options in Williams Lake.

After being treated badly with night staff the manager helped us Summer and the two other ladies Tracy and vanseka upgraded our room and also gave us a breakfast for free. Very happy with the service. Will go back again

The only thing i didnt like was all the homeless people down town wandering around. Made us kinda nervous for our car. Other than that the staff were amazing super helpful and hotels.com made a booboo and we got a bigger room.

There was a dirty toilet plunger in the hallway for two nights. The pool was closed and no notice on the reservation. There was multiple smokers just outside the entrance and the smell was throughout the hallway and elevator.

The price was pretty steep for what the room was. Hotels need more options for families of 5 (3 younger kids and we have a fold up cot). It should be our decision if we want a 2 queen bed room or something bigger. Denny’s used to be a great place to dine but the attached Denny’s was a huge disappointment.

The only reason we chose this hotel is because of the pool. When we arrived the hotel was doing construction so it looked like a work zone and the pool was closed. We were really disappointed and would like a partial refund.
