I really enjoyed the hot tubs and saunas. The breakfast buffet was good as well. A little more info from the front desk on how to work the hot tubs would be advised. Decent rooms.

Been staying here once or twice every year for over 10 years; always clean, quiet and comfortable. Very friendly staff and great customer service. Courtyard hot tubs are amazing and they have now added a dry sauna in the courtyard as well. Very well priced with breakfast included and close to all the shopping and restaurants along Banff Ave. Absolutely love it every time. Thank you!!!

We only stayed one night but great location that is close to most restaurants and shops in Banff. Hotel room was very nice. Hot tubs looked nice as well but we didn't have time to try out.

This is worse than a 2 star motel. Do it depends what you’re looking for. Beds not made, breakfast has a waiting line, no water in the rooms , they literally refused to give us blankets and pillows also. This place really was the damper to our trip in beautiful Banff

I stayed at Banff Aspen Lodge and honestly had such a cozy, relaxing experience. The location is perfect just a short walk to the main shops, restaurants, and everything you’d want to explore in downtown Banff. The room was warm, clean, and super comfortable, especially after spending the day in the cold winter weather. I really loved the little touches the fireplace vibes, the spacious layout, and how peaceful it felt. Their hot tubs are a must-try after a long, snowy day. Nothing beats sitting in warm water while the air is freezing cold around you. It’s such a perfect winter getaway feeling. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was a great bonus simple but good enough to start the day before heading out to Lake Louise, the gondola, or exploring the mountains. Overall, I definitely recommend staying here if you want a clean, cozy, and convenient place right in the heart of Banff. I’d stay here again! ❄️🏔️✨
