Although the rooms were clean, the “Reno’s” they have done was just to slap some lipstick on a pig. Beds were terrible and uncomfortable. Toilet was leaning to one side. Bathroom as a whole was scary. Broken chair in “dining area”. Carpets were terrible in the hallways (cut out pieces/covered with something else/tripping hazard coming out of a room) carpets in the room were circa 1985 at best. Would not stay here again.

The safety of this property is terrible. The room across from my 2 nights in a row had issues and the second night finally security showed up and yelled numerous times to open the door or they would break it done. Don’t waste your money on this place. Worst hotel in Canmore

This place was great. Staff was super friendly, the location is perfect- close to Banff without being "in the thick of it" & super walkable to coffee, restaurants, laundromat, groceries, liquor store, etc. I had a mountain view room, which was great, and the lower panel of the window opens so you can let in some fresh mountain air, which was an amazing perk for me. Hot water & water pressure were great & parking was easy & convenient.

Best deal we could find in Canmore. We were pleasantly surprised to have a nice king room with a view of the “Three Sisters” from our window. Basic amenities but clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice location close to everything.
