Locked out of our room

We went to our room at 9:30 PM. Key card would not work on door. Spent two hours in the lounge waiting for repairs to get into our room at 11:30 PM. We still could not get into our room. They put us in another room without any of our medication or personal belongings, finally about 2:30 AM. They got the door unlocked and we were able to return to our room. They would not compensate us for our room. Gave us a free breakfast card not happy about the Customer Service. This was our second stay there and probably our last.

Poorly maintained!!!

Rattling heater / a/c so bad I had to change rooms. Toilet had small leak onto the floor in the new room. Also a very loose bathroom sink faucet and an uneven floor under the carpet. I’ve never stayed in any Marriott this bad.
