The staff was unavailable. During the checking in, there were two people, but only one was talking to customers. The other one was distracting and talking about personal issues. The day of checking out, there was no promised breakfast, because the office was closed all morning. Even though it should be open at 6AM, we were leaving after 9:30AM and still there was no-one. People were leaving room keys outside of the closed doors. I don't recommend this place at all!

Check in took a long time. We booked 2 rooms however when checking in, reception only checked us in for one room. She could not get us in rooms close to one another despite the long wait and checking in right at check in time. We were also given someone else's room by mistake. The pool was not on or pumping when we arrived and was freezing cold. During summer, a pool is very important, this pool was not much fun or inviting. The sink in our room was clogged so anytime we washed hands or brushed teeth, a puddle of water would sit for a while.

Staff members were friendly. We stayed one night, figured we would get a good night sleep before we hit the road and all we needed was a bed, we were wrong. Parking is limited, first come first serve so if you leave and someone takes your spot it’s on you. Our room has a random window without a curtain or blinds, the street light was enough to light our room up the whole night. Our solution was to cover it with the couch cushion. The tv didn’t turn off, we thought it was weird that it was on when we walked in but then realize the remote didn’t turn it off. We ended up unplugging it. We found a long black hair on a “clean” towel, my husband is bald and my hair is brown. Noise wise, once people started opening and closing doors we heard it all.

Would have given better rating but were not told at time of booking it was under renovation hence no wifi & breakfast area not ready in the morning. The staff were excellent. The room was clean but needs new carpet & the fabric on the chair looked old & had stains.

Good hotel

The hotel was Ok based in what we paid, comfortable, good location, I liked. The only problem was the breakfast, very limited.

What you’d expect

Room was decent, spacious and clean. Mirror is set for taller person, needs to be lowered. Two queen beds were in separate but open rooms. Newly painted and beds were clean. Good stay for price under $70. Breakfast served from 7-9a and there were labels and spaces for bagels and banana nut muffins- however there was nothing available but cream cheese and coffee additives when we arrived at 8:45a, I guess you need to get there early. Everything was gone and not refilled. Several other guests were looking for food as well. Aside from breakfast not being available the place was what you would expect, probably even a little better, for the price. I would stay again.
