There were kids running up and down the hallways, playing ball hockey in the hallway out side my door, hitting the walls and doors, past 10pm. I had to ask the front desk 3 tims to please ask the parents to tell their kids to lower the noise or to play somewhere more appropriate rather than the hallway. It was only after the third time that the kids were moved somewhere else. I'm not sure maybe there was a hockey game or a tournament going on that weekend, and maybe the hotel is usually booked around this time of year for that, however if that was the case, then please let me know ahead of time before I confirm my booking so that I can book somewhere else.

Were assured an early check-in only to arrive and find out that our suite/room was still 30 minutes from being done, which makes no sense as only 3 cars were parked overnight for the entire hotel that night.

Heating wasn’t working properly, the room was so cold. I saw mold in the heating system. They didn’t serve any kind of protein at breakfast. Not pleasant

Great for our stop through Quebec and great for pet owners. The town looks really cute as well and I think it would have been nice to explore if we weren’t just passing through. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a really good size and clean, and being on the main floor with a balcony door was very convenient to take the dog out for a walk without having to disturb others walking down the hall. I’d definitely chose this hotel again.

This hotel provided a comfortable and convenient stop on our road trip. It is very close to the highway but still quiet, and the breakfast was good. The only issue we had was with the shower, which did not work well.

Not recommended. Rooms are very small and lack amenities. No remote available in the room to use the TV and when asked, staff could not be bothered. Breakfast provided was laughable. I guess I should have expected this at the advertised price but I would have expected better from a Days Inn. I won’t stay there again.
