We stayed for 3 nights and for two days housekeeping did not clean , both days we had to call the front desk and they had to send someone when we returned in the evening.Ordered room service one night and we had barely finished eating when someone knocked to ask for the dishes , despite having told us when they delivered the food that we could either leave the tray out or call when we were done . The snack and drinks which are inclusive in the room was a nice touch and they replenished the water when they did eventually clean . The spa hours are till 8pm which is too early in my opinion. The spa has no clear instructions and when several guests tried pushing the button to get the jets going it turned the entire thing off . Clear instructions at the controls would be helpful. Not sound proofed well you can hear the noise and conversation in the next room and when housekeeping is in the next room it's really loud . Charge $5 for charging electric car for each night but nowhere on the website does it mention that. Toiletries are really nice , and the bed was comfortable and the room was well appointed and decorated . I understand the property is new but definitely has some service issues they need to work out. Beach cruisers are free and on a first come first serve basis which was nice. Room service food was great.

We can't believe they charged us $15.00 to park in there empty parking lot🤔 It was a nice hotel though.

We have stayed at this property several times and are never disappointed.

We arrived later in the evening and could only stay one night. But the property is very nice. The room was very clean and well appointed, appears to have recently been updated. Our room overlooked the pool and it is amazing. Large beautiful pool, hot tub, fire pit area and more. We had breakfast at the restaurant in the morning before leaving and it was excellent. And the service in the restaurant was outstanding. The property called
