Pros - Outside of hotel is beautiful, staff was helpful and pleasant, breakfast was good, best pillows I had on the entire trip. Cons - Bathroom floor was not clean - would love to see the corners wiped down. Elevator ceiling had something gross on it.

Staff was outstanding. At check-in, Travelocity had not secured the room. But after lots of time and a very curious staff, we completed check in. Location is great, breakfast was wonderful. Will make reservations with GreenTree direct in the future. Will not use Travelocity in the future.

The staff was very nice. The hotel was clean. The TV wasnt working and maintenance came right away and fixed it. We also enjoyed the breakfasts

The shower took almost the entire time we showered being luke warm and only heated up at the end. The sink, however would only give warm or hot water. No cold. AC worked great and we were comfy with temp. I was not impressed, however, with the scratchy sheets.
