There’s only one thing that I might suggest that needs improvement. That is the bar soap for washing and the packets of shampoo for your hair. I would suggest that the bar soap should be at least double in size because the current ones are too small to handle and they don’t last that long. As well it’s harder on the environment because you’re constantly throwing out the plastic wrap because you need a new bar to wash with. Also the ketchup style packets of shampoo are incredibly hard on the environment as you can only get one use and then you have to open a new one. My suggestion would be bigger bars of soap for the sink and the pump dispenser style in the shower for shampoo, conditioner and body wash like most other motels utilize nowadays.

Perfect spot for a stay in Nelson

This spot was in a great location. Comfortable bed with great pillows. Quiet rooms, couldnt hear anything outside or next door. Highly recommend

Nelson's shoulder season

This property is a ten minute uphill walk from downtown. There was no one there in the shoulder season but us and I asked for the seasonal rate but was given a lousy $15 discount. The fold out bed from the couch was awful. Noisy and spring and bars sticking into your back. The until was clean and comfortable otherwise. There is no bath tub. Only a standing shower and the hot water ran very very hot.

Lovely place to stay! They upgraded our room for free so that was a delight when they told us. Friendly staff and great condition of rooms. Walkable distance to the town for when we wanted to eat out. Would recommend!
