The service advisor at the desk went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean and convenient for location even if on a busy road we didn’t hear the traffic.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, but a little funky. Wallpaper, was starting to peel, main door frame was broken, but it was ok. Dining in Nelson was great.

Room size and lake views for the price are a great value for the area. Very friendly staff. We were warned about the potential noise from the trains that pass by but they’re weren’t that much of a disturbance. Balcony was nice but could have been cleaner. Needed to be swept and spider webs removed. Patio lights are bright and can not be turned off.

The room was way smaller than it looks in the pictures. The balcony was nice. If we did not have that, it would have been way worse. There was mold in the bathroom walls, that was off putting. The room was fine for the price. But if you want to use the pool it’s a 10 min walk. Might as well stay at that sister hotel. Plus that’s where the restaurants were. We don’t mind walking but also nice to have a closer option.

Beautiful view of kootney lake, friendly staff. Also can use facilities at their sister Inn prestige water side . Would recommend either one. 👍
