The place is always looking spectacular. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. They greet you with BIZCOCHITO cookies which is native to New Mexico. The breakfast is hot and you can order specialties, fresh omelettes, hot cakes. They even have a happy hour in the evening where you can relax you can invite family to sit out in the atrium. It is my go to every time I come home. They also have an indoor pool. There’s an ATM located right inside. If you’d like to go down and have a drink, there’s a bar and music. I can’t say enough about the place. See you soon.

Six night stay. Very nice hotel. Freeway close yet quiet. Lobby/common area very tastefully decorated and well kept. Included breakfast had a wide variety of options available, including made to order eggs, pancakes, French toast, and various meats. And the onsite restaurant had a fairly extensive menu and was quite good. Complimentary drinks for each night of our stay during happy hour. Our suite was neat and clean. Beds were very comfortable. TV in both the bedroom and sitting area. Bar, microwave, and fridge in the sitting area. Bathroom had all the standard amenities. A very pleasant stay.

The property was fine; breakfast was great. The problem was that guests of the hotel were evacuated around midnight. We were told that a worker tripped the emergency alarm when they were working on the air conditioning. We were fast asleep but we had to put something on the go down the stairs (we were on the 5th floor). By the time we got down to the front of the building, some of the staff were apologizing for the inconvenience. My husband and I are 73, so it took us some time to get back to sleep. We had to check out this morning. It didn’t give us much time to sleep. The hotel said that they would give me points because I am a Hilton Honors member. The concern that I had was all of the people in the hotel were awakened in the middle of the night (some with children). The good thing was that there was no real emergency. We weren’t told what really happened. I contacted a Hilton representative about the situation and they said that what I was told was not true. For me, that didn’t matter; everyone was awakened in the middle of the night by a mistake by the hotel. More than points should have been the compensation given.

We had a great experience at this hotel! The staff were accommodating and helpful! We love that it’s pet friendly and we would stay here again in the future. The only take away was the air conditioning did not work properly and was warm inside the room.

Went here with the family for the Albuquerque Balloon Festival. Accommodations were wonderful and the breakfast was especially amazing with a large variety from 7am-1030am. Highly recommended!
