First timer

This was my first time staying at an Embassy Suites. It was definitely a beautiful hotel. They give you 2 complimentary drinks from the bar and an appetizer. There wasn't much of a liquor selection to choose from. The appetizers consists of pretzels, nachos with very hot salsa. Also, some kind of fruit. So, I wasn't to fond of any of that. Breakfast was really good.

Having elderly parents was a bit of a challenge during our stay. The beds were too low for them. The beds in our room were uncomfortable, they are sunken in. Otherwise, the rooms and facility is excellent in cleanliness!

The hotel was immaculate, comfortable, quiet and had great amenities. The breakfast was delicious too! Lot of options. We had a booking issue with Expedia upon arrival but the staff at front desk fixed the issue and got us checked into a room quickly. Highly recommend.

Check is was horrible. The individual working the front desk names Jennifer was selected on the questions she was asking different individuals checking in. We stay at this property often and have never been treated this way. The towel service for the pool also was bad and this same individuals was rude and unprofessional when it came to assisting customers.
