Overall the property was good. However, the fridge in the room could use more attention when cleaning. It had something leaking out of it that was surrounding it on the floor.

Staff very friendly, cleanliness poor

We appreciate the chain, generally finding it affordable and clean. This stay, however lacked in the latter. When we walked in the room and started unpacking, we discovered clothes left in the closet. (5 hangers) I took them to the front desk, not thinking much of it. Later that night, I looked down in the space between the beds and saw a very large toenail clipping. The wallpaper in the bathroom was soiled. I truly couldn't focus on these things or I would have had to leave. We will not return.

The hotel was almost full the first night - I did NOT want a first floor room and was told they were completely booked - I opted to cancel (had purchased the insurance) and magically a second floor room became available. Very unimpressed - doors to the pool area and parking lots were propped open - did not feel safe.
