Would have given more stars had our AC been working properly. Notified front desk that it did not appear to be working in which they sent an engineer to the room. The engineer only switched the unit from “auto” to “on” and turned it all the way down but it did not rectify the issue. No one ever followed back up to see if the issue was resolved.

When I checked in i was sent to a part of the hotel in the photo below. When I mentioned this reception I just received a blank stare as to stay what am I supposed to do with it. In the morning after a poor nights sleep , as you can imagine the noise for these machines, i asked reception about my included breakfast, I was told I had none. Luckily I had my Hotel.com receipt and had to prove i had a breakfast before give voucher for breakfast. Breakfast and the serving staff were lovely though.

We liked the transportation to MSY 24/7 & available food 24/7, bed was great & check-in staff. We didn't like only one area set of elevators for size of hotel...a lot of walking just to them. We didn't like waiting for someone to seat us at cafe off main lobby & finally left.
