Loved this place! Super cozy vibe, just a short drive to the ferry, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable—perfect for an overnight stay.

We really don’t like to complain or give poor reviews but… we reserved and paid for a standard queen room but it sure seemed like a double bed. There was a tv, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker all plugged in to one power bar. The power bar tripped multiple times while trying to make a coffee without the microwave running. I eventually gave up. No exhaust fan in the bathroom and, the bed was so close to the wall that it was almost impossible to get in on that side. It was over $200 a night and the hotel is in desperate need of some updating. We had a much newer and nicer room the night before in Sydney NS for $189. On the positive side, staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant was very good. We do not expect a lot, but the price for a small musty, tired looking room was excessive.
